Your items must be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of their arrival. Please use the original shipping box and packaging materials and return the item via a method that uses tracking such as US First Class Mail; insurance is strongly recommended. Once the item is received in its original, unworn, condition the full purchase price of the item will be refunded via your original payment method. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If your jewelry is being altered, repaired, or exchanged I will pay to ship product back to you.
Custom orders are NOT returnable except for alteration.
