How can I pay?

We accept PayPal and credit cards, both through a secure server.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal or through our credit card processor, Stripe,  not through this site. We never even see your credit card number. Our processors just tell us that you've paid and we can then ship you your jewelry. We get your money from our processors later. 

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

When will you ship my purchase?

I live in the boondocks - 12 miles of dirt road from the nearest paved road - and do not travel out from home every day. The closest post office is 21 miles away. That said, I want you to be exceedingly happy with your purchase and experience in my store, so I promise that I will communicate with you and strive to ship your purchase promptly; usually within about 3 business days.

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to US customers at this time. International shipments are researched on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire for a shipping quote. The postage only covers the postage to you. Be aware that you may have customs duties, VAT, and/or additional handling fees charged at your end by your country's import agencies. These are the buyer's responsibility to pay.

Can you customize items?

I am happy to alter most finished products to fit you. Some designs do not lend themselves to alteration. In this case, if I have the materials on hand, I might build a piece to order.

I also welcome custom inquiries and love making something just for you. Communication is key and a deposit may be required on custom work. An email to PebblesAtMyFeet@gmail.com will start the process. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the quoted price before starting work on a custom order.
