These natural stone earrings feature rectangular slabs of striking Sonora dendritic rhyolite in gorgeous yellow ochre, parchment white, and purplish marroon  colors. Dramatic and evocative of desert landscapes, these stone earrings are perfect for the nature lover, rockhound, or free spirit.

I adore stones that reveal scenes in their patterning or coloration. I also love those that look like abstract paintings that trigger my imagination to create a fantasy landscape from them.

These earrings feature sonora dendritic rhyolite rectangles, 10 x 40mm, that fall into the “abstract painting” or “fantasy landscape” camp - with their background of golden tan, yellow ochre, and contrasting patterns in chestnut, burgundy, parchment, and dusky rose-purple. It’s a painted desert-like world in my imaginings. The rhyolite stones are fabulous on their own, but a little chip of pearly purple charoite makes them, well, really fabulous.

Wired in sterling silver with a couple sterling silver rings at the “waist” in the design, these natural stone earrings swing on handcrafted sterling silver ear wires.
