Rustic Copper Wire Wrap Earrings with Orange and Purple Stones, Fossil Coral Earrings in Copper

Rustic and perfect for fall, these copper wire wrap earrings feature yellowish orange fossil coral stones and dark purple amethyst. These fossil coral earrings are made with large flat coin-shaped fossil coral beads, copper daisy spacers, and rustic amethyst rondelles. They are wired in solid copper with a zig-zag design across the front of the orange stones. In my mind's eye, I see the meandering wire design as a trail through an aspen wood, the ground aglow with golden fallen leaves. The sun is getting low and the shadows are long and dusky purple, it is time to head home and get cozy.

Fossil coral will reward you if you give it a closer look. There are subtle, flower or spoke-like patterns within the stone that represent the fossilized remains of the coral skeleton. The color is more complex than "orange" with darker, rust colors, and lighter, straw yellow patches highlighting the coral patterns in the stones.
