I find pebble beads rather irresistible. I love their irregular rounded shape and the wonderful variation you receive in a strand of them. Pebbles are a great way to use a sizable chunk of a gemstone in my designs while keeping the vibe free-spirited and (usually) affordable, at least compared with quality graded and calibrated round beads (or other cuts). For this bracelet I used three stone types in the tumbled pebble shape that I love: Pink flower agate, soft green prehnite, and crystal quartz. The stones are arranged in color blocks framing a central 12mm corrugated copper round. The pebbles average around 10mm in width.
