Here's a multi stone station necklace inspired by a brooding winter seashore and the unexpected visual delight of snow along the strand. Though inspired by a winter scene, this calming stone necklace in sea green, cloudy day blue, tan, and white natural stones brings the soothing vibes of a walk along the shore no matter the season.
I started with a chunky faceted natural aquamarine nugget, wiring it with a faceted blue calcite cube to make a pendant. The pendant measures ¾ inch wide by about 1 ¾ inches tall. You can almost see a seaside cove in the aquamarine stone's markings. The necklace chain is a series of copper wired stone links (stations) of graduated sizes and color arrangement. I used Aquatine calcite, Montana agate, Aquamarine, wood opalite, jade, moss agate and kyanite stone beads in various shapes and surface finishes.
