Long Elegant Natural Stone Teardrop Earrings, Sterling Silver Red Leopardskin Jasper Earrings with Campitos Turquoise

Long, elegant, and satiny-smooth teardrops of red leopardskin jasper need little embellishment. These natural stone earrings simply display one slender jasper teardrop topped with sterling silver and genuine turquoise beads. These are handmade jasper earrings that really can be dressed up or down with their striking earthy colors, pop of bright turquoise blue, and polished silver accents.

The leopard skin jasper stones are 10mm wide and about 22mm long. (0.375-inch by 0.875-inch). The slender teardrops have a smooth, un-polished surface that feels lovely and cool in your hand (like a river stone or beach pebble). The colors are earthy red, black, and golden tan with a few namesake spots. I strung the jasper stones on hand worked sterling silver wire continuing the tapering shape toward the top where I placed a sterling silver disk, a Campitos turquoise disc, and a tiny sterling silver bead before wrapping the wire at the top. My handcrafted sterling silver ear hooks finish the elegant but rustic earrings.

These red leopard skin jasper earrings measure 15/16-inch long or 50 mm (not quite 2-inches).
