Dumortierite Slab Earrings, Blue Stone Earrings with Sparkling Herkimer Quartz Crystals

These handmade dumortierite earrings feature rectangular slabs of the blue stone, wire wrapped in sterling silver with a sparkling Herkimer quartz crystal. I thought these dumortierite rectangles expressed a blue summer sky so perfectly with their subtle shading dark and lighter blue colors. To add the energy and freshness of a mountain sky, I added little perfect Herkimer diamonds to each dumortierite slab.

Dumortierite rectangles measure about 11 by 40mm. They are energetically wrapped in sterling silver with a ~3 x 7-8mm Herkimer quartz crystal. Presented on my handmade sterling silver hook wires, 20 gauge.

These earrings measure 2 ½ inches long from the top of the ear wires. Each earring weighs 4.8 grams
