Chevron Amethyst Dangle Earrings with Dainty Handcrafted Copper Charms

A pair of chevron amethyst earrings with dainty handcrafted nature scene charms.

I am always inspired by the natural world, and my backyard (to be honest). I love the sight of a butterfly here in normally windy country. I marvel how such delicate creatures can make their way against the wind. These little earrings were inspired by butterfly encounters, fields of purple wildflowers, and this saying.

"Love is like a butterfly. It goes where it pleases, and pleases wherever it goes."

I hand stamped ~ ⅜-inch copper discs with a single flower and a butterfly, adding some dots for texture and a curving line to signify the butterfly’s gentle flight. Wired in solid copper wire, the flower and butterfly charms dangle beneath 8x10mm rectangular amethyst beads with subtle chevron banding.

Handmade in solid copper with solid copper handmade ear wires. 

These petite butterfly earrings are 1 5/8 inches long. Each earring weighs 1.5 grams.
