Dainty Golden Brown Tiger's Eye Pebble Earrings in Oxidized Sterling Silver, Silver Heart Earrings with Tigereye Stone

These dainty golden brown tiger's eye earrings feature handcrafted heart ear wires and pretty brown pebbles.  Hand wired in darkened sterling silver wire, the deep brown tigereye stones display bright golden brown chatoyancy. My handcrafted ear wires have a heart-shaped hanging loop, and the free-spirited wire wrap of the stones makes these little earrings special. A gift for your mom, daughter, girlfriend, best friend, or yourself, you will "heart" tigereye and wearing these little gems every day.

To make these pebble earrings, I wrapped the tiger's eye beads with 925 silver wire with a rustic knot at the bottom. I placed them on handcrafted sterling silver hooks where I fashioned a heart for the stone drop. The earrings are short, the drop places the shimmery brown stones just below your ear lobe where they'll dance without snagging in your hair or clothing.

Tigereye is created when quartz forms over crocidolite, a fibrous mineral. The play of light interacting with the fibers through the quartz create the stone's distinctive cat's eye or chatoyant effect. Tigereye is thought to promote clarity of thought and vision, helping us see ourselves and the world better.
